CNC Machining process takes 5–8 days
Die-testing, including 4 times. After 3rd test, the product has been initial formed. The sample will be sent after the fourth real machine test is ok

Q: Do you offer a similar case for the iPhone series or other Samsung /Xiaomi models?
Q: How do you ensure the product quality?
A: Each production process has 1 or 2 QC to check the item made out, and for the last packing, the QC will check all again to sure it’s standard.
Q: If to make custom, how do you know the customization in which step?
A: 1) the R&D department will draw the appearance and 3D design for confirmation. 2)move to the Mold workshop for CNC die-opening process. 3)all production will send pics to client. Client say yes, then the factory can do next production.
